Andrew faces 42 charges including seven counts of rape, three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, three counts of assault, and 19 charges related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan faces 17 charges comprising one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape, and three counts of arranging or facilitating sex trafficking. The brothers are former professional kickboxers who have built a significant social media presence. Andrew maintains a following of 10.8 million on X and has been banned from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram for violating hate speech policies. He operates an online academy and is known for promoting content centred on wealth accumulation and traditional masculinity themes. Their legal representative, Joseph McBride, stated that both brothers maintain their innocence and expressed confidence that judicial review of the evidence will result in their release.
